Nearly everyone is going to give zero down loans these days,
assuming your credit is good enough, and you are willing
to pay the extra costs (in fees, possible points, higher
interest rates, and mortgage insurance).

You can get zero down loans even if you have No credit and you can also
get good rates. I am a loan officer and I have a website called
http://www.about-online-loans.com I usually put tips and things up
there for getting the best deal. You can email me and I will show you
