accept transactions error

Q 2006 Premier, WXP SP2 Today after downloading the day's transactions
from my financial institution and accepting them (there were a couple
of errors and incorrectly matched transactions), a red flag appeared
next to the checking account with the message that I hadn't accepted
all the transactions. The accept transactions drop-down box is empty,
but the flag persists. Validate went ok with no errors found.

How can I get rid of the flag? Everything balances correctly.

Thanks

Are your sure the flag is red, not orange? :)

Did you hold your cursor on the flag and allow Quicken to tell
you why the flag was there; that flag can indicate more than
just downloaded transactions: scheduled transactions due, for
example.

Yup, Orange it is!

Says *you have transactions to review* but there are none in the
download panel below the register.

Online Update Summary says 1 transaction to review and accept. None
visible in register and no scheduled transactions either.

Do you have online billpay with the account? Are there
transactions in the Payment tab in the Online Center for the
account?

For that matter, are there downloaded transactions in the
Transactions tab in the Online Center for the account?

What happens if you initiate another download (preferably when
you know there will be transactions to download that have never
downloaded before)?

The answers to your first questions are No, No, and No. But a new
download today cleared the ORANGE flag, so I guess the problem,
whatever it was, is solved.
Thanks
