A/R "Other"...?

After installing the 2003 version of QB, we are seeing a Accounts
Receiveable-Other balance show up on the Balance Sheet when never
before. (Nothing has changed with original revenue/income
postings)... and subsequently RETAINED EARNINGS balance has changed as
well! Please help explain why and how to fix... thanks!
